Refund Policy
Once the students have received the letter of Enrolment from William Shakespeare College and successfully obtained their Student Visa, they are not eligible for tuition fee refunds but for those who are unsuccessful in receiving their visa, the application for a refund should be made in writing, giving the reason for the request and accompanied by a copy of the Visa Refusal Letter. Please note that previously agreed registration and administration charges (which have been agreed with the college beforehand and are printed on your receipt) are non-refundable, however all the rest of your fees are refundable and are guaranteed to be transferred to you within 56 days of receiving a refund request from the student in writing.
Admission Procedure
To register with William Shakespeare College, simply complete an Application Form and follow the two simple steps outlined below:
· Step 1:
Complete the application form
( You must have read and agreed to the College's Terms & Conditions)
Attach copies of your education certificates
Attach two passport size photographs
Send these to the college. On receipt of these the College will check that you satisfy the eligibility criteria for your chosen course – if you do - you will be sent a ‘Conditional Acceptance Letter’ and a ‘Students Acceptance form’ (this is for you to sign). If you do not satisfy the entry criteria we will either suggest an alternative of refuse entry.
· Step 2:
Return the signed ‘Students Acceptance form’ with
Payment of first year tuition fees for your chosen course [or as indicated in the acceptance letter] – this can be in the form of cheque/bankers draft or bank transfer
You will now, if accepted be sent an ‘Unconditional Enrolment Certificate’ and Statement of Paid Tuition fees. (You will need both of these documents if applying for a visa at a British High Commission abroad).
(Note: To speed up this process, simply send your tuition fees with your application form and other documents at step 1 – we will then send your enrolment certificate and payment statement to you. Please note that if you are not offered a place on a course your tuition fees will be returned to you in full.)

Student Visa Information
The British Home Office issues student visas only to those studying full-time. (15 hours per week, daytime study) At the time of your enrolment the school administration will give you the necessary papers for the issue of a student visa.
You may also obtain from the administration office the necessary papers for use at the British Home Office to extend your visa if you are continuing your studies. (You will also need two passport size photos) Note that it is not always possible to change a tourist visa into a student visa. For example, if you arrived on a tourist visa you may have to leave the UK and reapply for admission with student status. Please ask the administration office if you have any questions.
